This fragrance-free cream combines salicylic acid and lactic acid to gently exfoliate, hyaluronic acid to hydrate, and niacinamide to calm, improving skin texture and smoothing rough, bumpy skin.
Fragrance & Texture
The texture is really thick, yet the consistency is silky soft, probably one of the softest oils I’ve ever tried. It absorbs easily and doesn’t leave the skin sticky. The smell is mild and it doesn’t contain sulfates or fragrances.
I used this lotion for 30 days to treat keratosis pilaris along with The First Aid Beauty KP Bump Eraser Body Scrub. I used it daily both in the morning and evening right after showering on dry skin.
This product is very popular for treating keratosis pilaris, and I believe it is one of the most popular keratosis pilaris creams. If you search for “keratosis pilaris moisturizer” or “keratosis pilaris lotion” this product is definitely one of the first you come across.
Since the product is so popular and I have read a lot of good things about it, I am really excited and optimistic about trying it out on my KP skin.
I used this cream daily both in the morning and at night right after showering on dry skin. The texture is really thick, I mean really thick. Yet its texture is silky soft, probably one of the softest creams I have ever tried.
It absorbs moderately and doesn’t leave my skin sticky. The smell is mild and it doesn’t contain sulfates or perfumes.
This product is probably one of the best moisturizing creams for my skin ever.
I love its texture and softness, I feel that it lasts a little longer than a normal skin moisturizer due to its thick texture which makes you not want to go to bed or cover your skin with clothes right after applying it.
But did it help my kp symptoms? Well, it didn’t directly reduce the bumps significantly, but I felt it had a positive effect in reducing the roughness and redness of the skin. Of course with longer use I would think it would work better reducing the bumps.
I would say the product is excellent, if not one of the best skin moisturizers I have ever used. I will definitely use this for my go-to daily body moisturizer for keratosis pilaris.
This moisturizer has a very thick yet silky-soft texture, and its one of the softest creams I have ever tried. It absorbs moderately without leaving stickiness. While it didn’t significantly reduce keratosis pilaris (KP) bumps in one month, it helped improve skin roughness and redness. Overall, I think it is one of the best moisturizers I’ve used. Thic, smooth and a really good skin moisturizer with an excellent price-quality ratio ($1.82 / Ounce). Definitely my top 3 daily products in the future.
