I Tested Clinique Sparkle Skin Body Exfoliating Cream For My Keratosis Pilaris Treatment For One Month

According To Clinique

Rich exfoliator invigorates skin as granules rub away persistent dullness and annoying flakiness, bringing skin to a new level of smoothness. Leaves skin feeling sleek and polished.

Ingredients & Key Ingredients

Water, glyceryl stearate silica, peg-100 stearate, disodium cocoamphodiacetate, butylene glycol, hexylene glycol, magnesium aluminum silicate, salicylic acid, oleth-10, caprylyl glycol, disodium edta, benzoic acid, phenoxyethanol, green 5 (ci 61570), yellow 5 (ci 19140) <ILN46385>

The texture is wet, quite thick and very smooth. For an exfoliant, I would say it is quite gentle. Even though it is thick, the exfoliating granules are small and few in number. The scent is fresh and mild.

Clinique Sparkle Skin™ Body Exfoliating Cream For My Keratosis Pilaris After 30 Days Of Use

I used the product 3-4 times a week in the shower on my thighs. Normally I would use a body scrub 2-3 times a week at most, but this product is so gentle that I felt I could use it more often.

I would definitely say it is a really sensitive skin scrub, because it does not contain large rough granules and there are quite a few of them. Comparing it to First Aid Beauty – KP Bump Eraser Body Scrub, for example, which is really rough and thick, I would say it is the opposite in terms of texture.
The texture is really soft, its smell is fresh and the green color was pleasing to my eye. It feels like a really high-quality product.

I used the product on both thighs together with two different exfoliating body lotions that I tested on different legs at the same time. You can find reviews of these products later.

The product really felt like a super high-quality premium product. The brand is well-known and dermatologically approved, and this is also reflected in the price of the product. I would still say it is worth its price, plus it is really plentiful. At the time of writing, the product is -40% at Amazon wich makes it ($2.89 / Ounce).

Below are pictures of the final results with Frank Body Smoothing AHA Body Lotion and Revolution Skincare AHA Smoothing Moisturising Balm, which I will post reviews of next.

Conclusion

This gentle scrub is ideal for sensitive skin, with its soft texture and fine granules. It has a fresh scent, a pleasing green color, and a premium feel. Paired with an exfoliating moisturizer, it delivered great results for keratosis pilaris. Dermatologically approved by a reputable brand, it’s priced higher but offers excellent quality and generous quantity, making it worth the investment.
