I am a 30 year old male, I have had keratosis pilaris since I was a child. Its occurrence has varied over the years, but now it is worse than ever. I have never really cared about its occurrence, because it does not really bother me except for aesthetic reasons.My skin is often dry and rough, I have kp everywhere on my body where there is skin hair.

Over the years I have tried to treat this with varying results, I have made my skin roughness disappear from time to time with the help of skin moisturizing products. Apart from this, I have not been able to influence its occurrence, and it has practically not bothered me. Now, however, I have decided to try to influence the occurrence of symptoms on my skin.

The goal of this blog is to find suitable products for me to treat the symptoms of KP and achieve a regular skincare routine. I plan to try all possible skin care products that normally help with keratosis pilaris to find a skin care routine that suits me, my skin.
